To encourage more guys to vote for President Barack Obama, a new Katy Perry Ballot has been created.  

Every guy who is not sure who to vote for can request a Special Katy Perry Ballot if he promises to mark it FOR Obama/Biden.

(The Romney campaign attempted to create a Meat Loaf Ballot for the ladies, but could not find enough material.)
